The mom of three, 30, celebrated a huge honor when she was inducted into the University of Texas at Tyler's (UT Tyler) Athletics Hall of Fame during a ceremony on Saturday, March 28.

She played soccer for the UT Tyler Patriots from 2013 to 2016, scoring 31 goals for her team over the course of her college years, with 18 of those achieved in her senior year alone, according toSports Illustrated.

Brittany wrote on herInstagramon Sunday, March 30: "Truly honored to be inducted into the UT Tyler Athletics Hall of Fame!

"This City and this School is a huge part of who I am today, I will forever cherish this honor and am forever grateful for what this program did for me as an athlete and as a person!"

She even gave a shout-out to her old soccer coach, writing: "Coach [Stefani] Webb, you brought out the best in me, this doesn't happen without you!"

And cheering her on every step of the way was her husband,Patrick Mahomes, also 30, and his NFL teammate,Travis Kelce, 36.

Kelce wrote, "HOF [Hall of Fame] BRITT!!!! LFG! [Let's freaking go]," giving her a cute new nickname to reflect the honor. Meanwhile, her husband added, "Congrats!!!! Love you!" To which she replied: "Love youuuu 🤍."

Taylor Swift, Kelce's fiancée,has previously been pictured with Brittanyin the stands, cheering on their significant others at NFL games.

When Swift, 36, and Kelce announced their engagement in August 2025, theMahomes couple were quick to share their joy,with Brittany writing on her Instagram Stories: "Two of the most genuine people meet & fall in love. Just so happy for these two."

Patrick, who owns Kansas City-based restaurant 1587 Prime with Kelce, also reacted to the news by resharing the news as an Instagram Story accompanied by Swift's song "So High School."

Other fans sent their congratulations to Brittany, with many thanking her for helping put women's sports on the map.

One wrote: "Congratulations Brittany, well deserved and thank you for all you do for women's sports!"

Another added: "❤️❤️Thank you @brittanylynne for everything you've done for women's soccer! So much opportunity now compared to when I played in college, you are amazing ❤️❤️."

Brittany looked elegant for the awards' ceremony, donning a chic black double-breasted blazer and matching trousers, while wearing her blond hair down in a fresh, curled blow-dry.

Alongside a sweet image of her with Coach Stefani Webb, Brittany posed with her husband, who looked suave in his navy pinstriped suit and white shirt.

Brittany and Patrick are childhood sweetheartsand have been together since they were teenagers, eventually getting engaged in 2020. They married in 2022 and have three children together:Sterling, 5, Bronze, 3, and Golden Raye, 1.

After finishing college, Brittany traveled to Iceland, where she played professional soccer for a season before retiring in 2017.

She then became certified in personal training and is now co-owner of the National Women's Soccer League team, Kansas City Current.
